Dressie Jessie Smocking Turns 3 and a Giveaway!

Three years. I can hardly believe it.
I've been contemplating what I want to say in this post for the past couple of months. How do I adequately put into words the emotions I feel when I think about Dressie Jessie Smocking celebrating 3 years? I'm not sure I'm going to be able to, but I'm going to try....
This past year has been an amazing one. We held our first warehouse sale, we hired new team members (and couldn't love them more!), we continued our mission of supporting international adoptions of children with medical needs, and our list of amazing customers grew and grew. My heart is so full.
If you asked my husband how many times he's heard me say, "I have the BEST customers!" he would probably tell you he can't count that high (and he was an accounting major, ha!). But seriously, I have THE BEST customers, and I am forever grateful.
I recently came across this quote by Marc Jacobs, "Clothes mean nothing until someone lives in them." It reminds me of an encounter I had with a local customer a couple of summers ago. I ran into her and her daughter at a local park, and her little girl was wearing our Heritage Dress. They had been to Chick-Fil-A, and the little girl was hot and sweaty from playing outside. The mom was embarrassed because the dress was covered in ketchup smears and dirt from the playground. She was worried that I was thinking she wasn't "treating the dress properly," when in reality, I was OVERJOYED to see the dress being "lived in" and loved. For me, that is the whole point. Enjoy dressing your children every day, not just for special occasions. And take it from this mom of 4--now with 2 about to be hours away at college--every day with your children is a special day. I know you've heard it said a million times, but let me make it one million and one, these days are fleeting. They grow up faster than you can ever imagine. The days of smocked bishops, monogrammed longalls, ruffled bubbles....they don't last. But here's the good news...the memories you make while your children are "living in their clothes," well those are yours forever. What a blessing!
So as we celebrate Dressie Jessie Smocking turning 3, let me close with the biggest, most sincere "thank you!" Thank you to my amazing team. Thank you to my loving family. And last, but certainly not least, thank you to you, my wonderful customers. Without you, there is no Dressie Jessie Smocking. For your patronage and support, I am eternally grateful. To show my appreciation, I am giving away THREE outfits of the winner's choice! One winner--3 outfits!! To enter, all you have to do is leave a comment below. That's it! The winner will be announced on Saturday, June 2nd, so be sure to check back for the announcement!
UPDATE--Congratulations Kaitlyn Hunter! You are the winner!
XOXO, Jessie

Happy THIRD Birthday to the best smocking company out there! From the smocked sunflower dress I purchased for Londyn Grace, nearly three years ago, to the precious big sister and brother outfits as we welcomed our third baby, Dressie Jessie has been there for so many moments in our lives! Dressing my babies in sweet, classic, childhood clothing is a passion of mine and you help make that possible. Thank you for your commitment to providing these beautiful pieces! And for shipping faster than Amazon! :)
Happy 3 years! I have been a big fan of your clothes for several years as I dreamed of having a baby. Now I have a baby boy and can’t wait to start dressing him in all the adorable clothes that you offer!!

I’ve said it countless times- Dressie Jessie is the best of the best!! You’ve been a part of every special memory ….whether baking Christmas cookies, hunting Easter eggs, pumpkin patches, Disney World….your sweet outfits have been with us through it all! Clinging tightly to the days of matching, smocked, ruffles and gingham. The innocence you’ve helped us preserve has been an enjoyable blessing. We love you Dressie Jessie!

Happy 3rd Birthday! We love the boys’ clothes for a proper southern gentleman (boy). Your support of children with medical needs, just makes me love this small business and the people behind it more as a mom of a “rare” medical kiddo (SCN8A – less than 250 known cases globally).
Have another great year of success!
