At Dressie Jessie Smocking, we strive to make sure your shopping experience is wonderful. If you happen to receive an item that doesn't work for your child, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your package. You are welcome to exchange for another item and/or size, but all additional shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not offer cash refunds.
