Happy New Year!

Wow! It's hard to believe we are already halfway through January. Time really does fly, doesn't it? 

While it's always a little sad to pack up all of the Christmas decorations, there is something refreshing and exciting about beginning a new year. My oldest son is 18 years old and will graduate high school this year. Such an exciting time for him---I go back and forth from bursting with pride at the man he has become to fighting back tears remembering him in smocked jon-jons and bubbles. Yep, time does fly.

Looking ahead 2017 promises to be an exciting year for Dressie Jessie Smocking as well. We will celebrate our 2nd year in business in May, and I'm overflowing with exciting new design ideas! We actually had a large photo shoot yesterday, and oh my cuteness--seeing the clothing "brought to life" on precious children--I can't express the joy! I'm waiting in eager anticipation to get the pictures back from my photographer. #likeakidatchristmas
